Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Billing Executive to join our finance team. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing process ensuring that invoices are accurate timely and properly recorded. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and a thorough understanding of billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management:

    • Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients based on services rendered or products delivered.
    • Ensure that all invoices are prepared and sent out on time.
    • Review and verify billing data including rates discounts and quantities.
  • Payment Processing:

    • Track and monitor payments from clients ensuring that all payments are received and recorded in a timely manner.
    • Follow up on overdue payments and handle any billing discrepancies or disputes.
    • Reconcile accounts receivable balances with bank statements and financial records.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain and update customer billing records and databases.
    • Prepare and submit regular billing reports to management.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits as needed.
    • Document all billing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Communication:

    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and provide solutions in a professional manner.
    • Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billingrelated issues.
    • Communicate any changes in billing policies or procedures to clients.
  • Compliance & Accuracy:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to billing and invoicing.
    • Conduct regular checks to ensure the accuracy of billing data and rectify any discrepancies.
