Job Description
Job Role: Auditor
Auditor opening Experience:
- Should have worked as a quality controller for AR for at least 2 years with Medical billing service providers.
- Should have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in AR Calling/AR Analyst(Both physician and Hospital).
- Coding Auditor on any type of specialty would be an added advantage.
Job Description:
- Review the work performed by AR Analysts/Callers and document any quality issues
- Review call quality issues on various parameters such as conversational skills claims resolution and voice quality.
- Provide feedback and work with the team to provide remedial training.
- Need to release the quality dashboards weekly and monthly.
- Should have knowledge on AR aging review understand days in AR top reasons for denials etc.
