Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Carrying out ongoing monitoring / audit of framework of monitoring of internal/office accounts
Develop audit methodology and techniques to review compliance and adherence to Banks Internal policy and RBI Guidelines.
Ensuring appropriate checks on completeness & correctness of exception reports generated
Critically review the existing process and procedures during the audit of respective areas and suggest areas of improvement which would enhance controls and simplify process flow
Ensure timeliness in release of audit / exception reports
Identify any compliance and / or operational risk areas and escalate to the Unit / Zonal Head
Tracking of response from auditee towards rectification of exceptions raised / highlighted
Assigning of risks to each audit observations and arriving at an audit rating for each assignment
Recommend for change in processes (as and when warranted and identified during course of audit review)
Keep abreast of regulatory & internal guidelines pertaining to customer onboarding & customer instruction
Review & submission of required MIS / data as required by seniors
Carrying out any other assignment as allocated by Unit / Zonal Head
Candidates Profile
Candidates with 5 experience in operations / handling of internal/office accounts / internal audits would be preferred
Ability to plan & execute Audit plans Ability to meet deadlines
Capable of documenting the audit observations effectively communicating with the auditee in order to bring about corrective action.
Strong data analysis data validation and problemsolving abilities.
Capable of identifying the risk and evaluating the effectiveness of the internal control put in place.
Keen attention to detail selfmotivated and inquisitive to learn new areas.
Should have an analytical mind meticulous research oriented approach for rootcause analysis of problems / issues identified
Capability to multitask & adaptability
Effective Communication and drafting skills Analytical ability
Knowledge of MS Word Excel is mandatory
