Job Description
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality control, to optimize production processes.
- Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform at their best.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
- Experience in machines like Burners,Mixers, Mills, Crushers, Dryers, Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Packing...etc.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment necessary for production activities.
- Resolve production issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise during the manufacturing process.
