Job Description
- Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Lead the translation of IT vision into actionable goals, focusing on leveraging Infor ERP to support and enhance business processes.
- Identify and address emerging IT challenges, particularly related to ERP integration and scalability, ensuring continuous alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the Infor ERP system to ensure it meets the organization's operational requirements.
- Manage the integration of Infor ERP with other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Work closely with department heads to optimize ERP usage, improving business processes and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure the continuous availability and optimal performance of IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, and Infor ERP.
- Oversee IT operations, ensuring high levels of security, reliability, and scalability of all technology services.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve overall business outcomes.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure and Infor ERP system adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Identify security vulnerabilities within the ERP system and other IT assets, implementing strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards and internal policies related to IT governance and data protection.
- Manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality technology solutions.
- Optimize IT spending, particularly in relation to Infor ERP licensing, maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Foster collaboration between IT and other departments to ensure technology solutions meet the organization’s needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the IT team, focusing on career development and performance management.
