BIM Modeler - Work From Home

Do you have a passion for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and want to contribute to exciting projects from the comfort of your home

We are looking for a talented and motivated BIM Modeler to join our growing team! In this workfromhome position you will play a key role in creating and maintaining accurate 3D models for our architectural and engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models using software like Revit ArchiCAD or similar
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other team members to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Create construction documentation from the BIM model including drawings schedules and quantities
• Conduct quality checks and identify potential clashes within the model
• Stay uptodate on the latest BIM technologies and workflows

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit ArchiCAD etc.)
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural concepts
• Excellent communication collaboration and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality

Bonus Points:

• Experience with additional BIM tools (Navisworks Enscape etc.)
• Experience working in a fastpaced environment
• Familiarity with specific building codes and standards
