Job Description
Position Title: Para Broker/Mortgage Loan Processor
Work Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 50000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM PH Time NSW Holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A PARA BROKER/MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR
Responsibilities as a Para Broker/Mortgage Loan Processor:
Collect all necessary supporting documents from clients ensuring all information required by lenders is obtained such as income statements credit reports bank statements and identification.
Regularly follow up with clients to acquire any missing documents or additional information needed from the checklist ensuring the loan application process remains on track.
Conduct research and gather necessary information to develop finance strategies tailored to each client s needs helping them make informed decisions regarding their mortgage or loan options
Enter client data accurately into the loan processing system (Apply Online) and upload all supporting documents ensuring all information is in order before submission.
Submit completed loan applications through the Apply Online platform ensuring all required documentation and information is attached and submitted within deadlines.
Liaise with lenders to monitor the progress of loan applications resolve any issues or requests from lenders and ensure applications move smoothly through the approval process.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their loan application and notify them promptly if additional information or documentation is required by the lender.
Assist with the preparation of settlement sheets detailing the final financial breakdown for loan settlements and ensure clients understand the terms of their settlement agreements.
Qualifications as a Para Broker/Mortgage Loan Processor:
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Para broker Mortgage Loan Processor Lending Support or Loan Writer.
Proficiency in using mortgage processing software and other relevant tools particularly myCRM.
Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage and lending industry.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Relevant qualifications in finance banking or a related field are preferred.
