Job Description

Position Overview

A leading pharmaceutical company is currently in search of a Sales Executive for pharmaceutical sales. The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors pharmacists and other medical staff. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients providing product information and achieving sales targets.


Requirements

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and maximize market penetration within the assigned region.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts healthcare professionals and institutions to promote pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships within the healthcare industry.

  • Conduct presentations and provide detailed product information to clients.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats within the market.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and market research.

About You

  • You hold a Bachelors degree in business marketing life sciences or a related field.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record of success.

  • You possess a robust understanding of the pharmaceutical sector including knowledge of products and market trends.

  • You excel in communication and presentation with the ability to engage effectively and influence key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fastpaced competitive environment.

  • You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.

  • You are willing to travel within the assigned state as needed.
