Job Description
- Site Selection and Acquisition Support:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of potential sites for data center development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess site suitability based on technical, environmental, regulatory, and business criteria.
- Participate in negotiations and due diligence processes for land acquisition.
- Land Due Diligence:
- Perform detailed due diligence on prospective land parcels, considering zoning, utilities, access, and environmental factors.
- Assess feasibility and risk factors associated with land acquisition for data center development.
