Job Description
- Guide customers already using or looking to adopt Exadata on how to achieve Database platform Excellence by adopting best practices and supporting tools in the areas of Infrastructure, Database Workload, and Security.
- Collaborate with multi-functional technical teams to collect all relevant inputs to ensure the solution is as complete and actionable as possible.
- Accelerate customer opportunities with new and existing customers through technical presentations, workshops, solution assistance.
- Research and evaluate emerging solutions and services to drive continuous improvement.
