Contract Specialist

Manage and direct work and take responsibility for all operations in the unit.

Develop new procedures to implement existing policies to improve quality and reduce costs.

Prepare proposals for operational plans to achieve short-term goals.

Negotiate with internal stakeholders to establish effective partnerships.

Motivate team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and provide the highest quality work.

Prepare and review reports on achievement rates and performance evaluation of unit employees.

Periodic follow-up of operational performance indicators and make the necessary proposals to improve and develop work.

Provide the necessary support to the direct manager and carry out any other tasks assigned.
