Establishing processes: automating recurring surveys such as the NPS study
Manage the NPS workstream from end to end, sharing findings with key stakeholders
Setting up synergies between cross functional teams leveraging cross vertical insights and ensuring visibility of research studies among relevant stakeholders
Work closely with the cross functional research squad on the intake of research requests to triage and outline next steps. This includes creating proposals, liaising with third party research agencies, reporting, and socializing findings
Project manage external (third party) research agencies and projects including scoping, sending out RFPs, working with procurement on bids, and carrying out the research process
Maintaining consumer research calendar ensuring that key projects launch and are delivered on time
Define information architecture, design & copy guidelines
Quantitative validation of insights (max diff, basic surveys, SUS, ease of use, etc.)
