The position is responsible to develop and implement the Sell-Through Rate and Marketing Performance Management Business Plan; to maximize revenue generated from all streams: Kiosks, ATMs, promotional stands and media elements.
ROLE PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field.
Minimum 7 to 9 years of work experience in Marketing and managing media advertising sales preferably in a reputed Retail / Large Shopping malls.
Excellent English level.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Leasing and Negotiation Expertise:
Strong skills in lease structuring, terms negotiation, and closing deals.
Market Insight:
In-depth understanding of retail trends, tenant needs, and customer preferences.
Communication and Relationship Management:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain tenant relationships.
Sales and Marketing:
Proficiency in promoting available spaces and persuading potential tenants.
Financial Acumen:
Ability to analyze revenue reports, rental performance, and market data.
Problem-Solving:
Creative approach to addressing tenant issues and optimizing space utilization.
Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with leasing software, CRM tools, and property management systems.
