Our client is a leading company in the electrical equipment industry and is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Develop business plans and sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Establish annual sales objectives by:
- Forecasting and developing regional sales quotas.
- Projecting expected sales volume and profit.
- Assist Sales Leader and Director in determining annual unit and gross profit plans: Implement data analysis to identify trends and results.
- Build partnerships with business development and EPC companies to: Find new projects and customers in local and FDI sectors (excluding Korean and EVN projects).
- Manage project followup.
- Prepare project status reports for the Sales Leader.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in an electrical field (e.g. Electrical Equipment Electric Power Systems Automation).
- Proficiency in English or Korean.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales marketing or consulting solutions for electrical systems.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Project management complex problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Critical thinking and leadership skills.
- Passionate about building new relationships.
