Head of Marketing

• Research and report on market consumers and competitors to develop and propose marketing strategies for the Groups brand and products/industries.
  
• Develop implement and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication plans for the brand and products.
  
• Build media relations brand image and handle corporate communication crises.
  
• Establish maintain and develop relationships with customers and strategic partners of the Group.
  
• Manage the brand identity and positioning and product standardization.
  
• Develop and effectively manage media channels.
  
• Determine budgets personnel to implement effective marketing advertising and communication campaigns/activities.
  
• Develop the organizational chart functions duties job descriptions procedures regulations and reporting system of the department.
  
• Build competency frameworks performance evaluation standards and evaluate employee performance. Train and develop employees.
  
• Manage operate and be responsible for the activities and effectiveness of the Marketing department (including Marketing Brand Media & Creative Design).
  
• Report periodically to the Marketing Director (monthly quarterly annually).
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher of Marketing Communications International Economics or International Trade.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  
• Extensive network of relationships with media press television and agencies providing communication services.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Internet Outlook).
  
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand peoples psychology.
  
• Planning and reporting skills.
