Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Sales Performance Management: Drive sales efforts to meet team targets and enhance overall performance focusing on gross profit and revenue generation.
Market Expansion: Grow market share by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with key accounts to achieve sales objectives.
Increase Import Volume: Identify and engage with customers requiring import services to boost import volume contributions.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and the product team to establish the most effective commercial strategies and objectives.
Company Representation: Maintain a professional image of the company in the market through exemplary work conduct.
Ethical Conduct: Avoid participating in or endorsing activities that could harm the companys reputation or financial standing adhering to legal and compliance standards.
Integrity and Compliance: Conduct business transactions with the utmost integrity and in full compliance with regulations.
Customer Service: Address and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
At least 23 years of experience in a relevant field.
Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is advantageous.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics is required.
Proficiency in English across all four skills (listening speaking reading and writing).
Competent in using the internet and Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service abilities.
Capable of working under pressure with a strong team orientation and a willingness to adapt to regular job rotations.
Analytical responsible detailoriented dynamic and hardworking.
Solid understanding of the logistics industry.
