The Sales and Building Management Executive role at Metasource combines dynamic sales activities with comprehensive building management responsibilities making it ideal for proactive individuals skilled in generating leads maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our coworking facilities.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new leads and business opportunities through diverse channels such as online platforms social media networking events company websites and professional groups with a strong focus on identifying and connecting with potential clients.
Client Engagement: Follow up closely with clients via email phone calls and LinkedIn connections to build relationships and ensure consistent engagement.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings with potential clients alongside the Managers.
Facility Management: Oversee daytoday building operations to ensure the coworking spaces are clean wellmaintained and meet safety standards.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors including security cleaning staff handymen and facilities suppliers to maintain quality services within budget.
Client Support: Manage member checkin/checkout processes address member inquiries and handle complaints or special requests.
Space Maintenance: Monitor the condition of the facilities oversee regular maintenance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure stable internet electricity and other essential services.
Contract and Invoice Management: Update the members database maintain records of contracts with clients vendors and suppliers and ensure timely invoice management.
Highly proactive driven and eager to succeed in sales.
Prefer experience in sales lead generation or building/facility management.
Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
Ability to operate independently and proactively solve problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric mindset.
Highly organized with effective timemanagement skills.
Comfortable commuting between different building locations in Ho Chi Minh City as needed.
Previous experience in hospitality management real estate management or customer service is a plus.
