Job Description
- Experience in working with forwarders for customs clearance.
- Experience in Supply Chain management and Logistics.
- Good skill in dealing with 3PL vendors Regional Partners.
- Deal with 3rd Parties Logistics for shipment arrangement & customs clearance delivery to customers control inventory in warehouse.
- Experience in working with Sales team and customers.
- Work with Finance for payment clarification.
- Support sales for stock checking sourcing placing orders and arranging Goods Delivery.
- Liaising with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices as necessary for the business with the supplier.
- Liaise with THE SELLER for shipping documents including packing list delivery report CO reexport certificate of manufacture CO/CQ customer clearance invoice
- Liaise with local forwarders for delivery arrangements to customers nationwide.
- Liaise with dealers for shipping documents including packing list delivery report CO reexport certificate of manufacture CO/CQ customer clearance invoice
- Prepare documents for processing the Licenses.
- Provide Accounting with original docs for payment process.
- Check & manage service contracts.
- File shipping documents including shipping arrival original documents.
- Check & provide serial number of machines for sales.
- Prepare and provide the delivery documents to customers.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements
- Education: college degree preferred in business/supply chain management/logistic related field.
- Work experience: fresh graduated experience in supply chain management is an advantage.
- Good command in writing and speaking English.
- Computer skill: Microsoft office.
- Details oriented hardworking results oriented and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Careful good at number and excel.
