Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Develop departmental plans for FDI&FI including KPI plans and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with relevant departments/take the lead in establishing mechanisms policies procedures related to FDI&FI customer reassessment activities.
- Develop the departments operational budget plan.
- Receive applications on the software and then assign them to Reassessment specialists.
- Conduct onsite customer assessments provide assessments on whether the actual assessment situation is consistent with the provided documents identify and assess the level of risk during the assessment process.
- Evaluate the logic of financial data to make judgments on the reliability of financial statements provided by customers according to bank standards.
- Make assessments on future trends.
- Interact coordinate well and exploit information from the business unit and assess risk issues make appropriate recommendations.
- Control Reassessment reports supplement conditions to control risks for each Reassessment report before submitting to the assessment board.
- Provide feedback to the business unit on the reassessment views in the reassessment report.
- Defend opinions before the credit committee.
- Finalize the Credit Committee Resolution for the secretary to sign.
- Coordinate with CPC and related departments to answer/resolve questions to apply the Resolution.
- Improve processes documents and regulations.
- Manage personnel and develop the team within the Department.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Economics or a related field
- 12y experience in banking credit.
- Over 10 years of management experience in the banking and finance industry particularly in credit assessment/approval for FDI/FI/multinational customers.
- Understanding of complex financial statement analysis and accounting practices.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze information to make appropriate management recommendations for different types of FDI/FI customers.
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal coordination.
- Indepth understanding of bank lending operations.
- Proficiency in banks and relevant legal regulations related to credit.
- Basic understanding of the common business operations of various customers in the economy.
- Fluent in English.
