Functions

1. Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.
2. Work with Govt authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws
3. Review the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.
4. Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.
5. Implement activities for promoting compliance culture

Requirements

1. Minimum education:BA degree of Law
   
2. Some specific specialties (masters degree/certification): Fluency in English
   
3. Minimum experience:Having at least 5year experience in doing Legal affairs
   
4. Valuable:Working experience in sales manufacturing environment and business activities like marketing customs supply chains etc.
