Your missions

As HR Operations Specialist you will :
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the payroll process for Luxembourgto ensure accuracy compliance and timely payment of employees.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements develop strategies for improvement and implement changes to optimize HR operations.
Your ideal profile
- At least 7 years of experience in HR operations with a strong focus on project management payroll and process improvement.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects effectively.
- Deep knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Comprehensive understanding of managing the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactor is an asset
