Job Description

Job Title: Internal Recruiter

Location: Blackburn

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join the HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent across various job titles within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder management a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the ability to utilise multiple recruitment strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient hiring processes.
  2. Talent Sourcing and Attraction:

    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract highquality candidates.
    • Utilise various channels to source candidates including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
    • Proactively build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Candidate Management:

    • Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Recruitment Process Management:

    • Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and relevant employment laws.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS Kallidus).
  5. Employer Branding:

    • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
    • Participate in career fairs networking events and other recruitment activities to enhance the companys visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in internal recruitment preferably within the renewables recycling or construction industries.
  • Proven experience managing various stakeholders and different job titles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

I sat in the office yesterday and its a quiet space everyone getting on with stuff we talked about the noise that recruitment will bring as there was very few people on the phone.

Other package info:

Stat pension minimum holidays its a grafter job if anyone wants to work from home this is not going to happen 5 days in the office.
