Your missions

You will join a forwardthinking organization committed to excellence in HR operations. Your mission is to create a supportive and efficient workplace where both the company and its employees can thrive.

As HR Operations Specialist you will :

  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
  • Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the payroll process for Luxembourgto ensure accuracy compliance and timely payment of employees.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements develop strategies for improvement and implement changes to optimize HR operations.


    Your ideal profile

    • At least 7 years of experience in HR operations with a strong focus on project management payroll and process improvement.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects effectively.
    • Deep knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
    • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
    • Comprehensive understanding of managing the employee lifecycle.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach
    • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactor is an asset

    A candidate experience with Source Up its

    • Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
    • Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
    • Interview coaching session before the client meeting
