Job Description

Overview:

The ETP Operations role is of utmost importance in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). This role involves overseeing the daytoday operations maintenance and troubleshooting of the ETP to ensure effective treatment of wastewater in accordance with regulatory requirements. The ETP Operations position plays a critical role in maintaining environmental sustainability and ensuring the organizations compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the Effluent Treatment Plant to ensure optimal treatment of wastewater
  • Conduct regular checks and inspections of ETP equipment and systems
  • Monitor and adjust chemical dosing for effective wastewater treatment
  • Oversee sludge management and disposal
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth ETP operations
  • Troubleshoot and rectify any operational issues in the ETP
  • Implement safety protocols and procedures in ETP operations
  • Keep accurate records of ETP operational data and reports
  • Participate in regulatory inspections and compliance activities
  • Conduct regular calibration and maintenance of ETP instrumentation
