As a Sales Operations Business Partner you will be a pivotal member of our operations team responsible for supporting and optimizing sales processes to drive our business forward. Youll bring analytical acumen a proactive approach to project management and a commitment to excellence. Your insights and initiatives will help ensure seamless sales operations and improve efficiencies across the board. This role will be ideal for a candidate with at least three years of relevant experience in sales operations or a similar role with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead projects autonomously. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations Support: Provide endtoend support to sales operations ensuring all sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Tableau and SQL to analyze sales data develop dashboards and create insightful reports to inform decisionmaking and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Take the initiative in managing and tracking multiple salesrelated projects from planning to execution ensuring timely completion and effective followup.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and objectives leveraging feedback and insights to improve project outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements for sales processes to increase operational efficiency and drive sales performance.
  • CrossFunctional Coordination: Collaborate with sales finance and technical teams to address operational challenges and support the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting Taxation or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in sales operations business analysis or a similar role within the financial or technology sectors.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data draw insights and present recommendations effectively.
  • Initiative & Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently showing initiative and strong followthrough.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Tableau and SQL is preferred for data management and visualization tasks.
  • Communication: Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (required) and English (preferred) to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly conscientious with a track record of accuracy and thoroughness in project execution.
