Greater Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for a Controller Hybrid Austin TX Location or Remote USA to join an innovative and ambitious CPG team that revolutionizes daily wellness.

• Overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation and recording
• Implementing and monitoring financial controls to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records and preparing financial statements and reports
• Preparing and analyzing budgets and financial forecasts to support business decisionmaking
• Monitoring cash flow managing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing
• Collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax requirements
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
• Managing and developing a team of financial professionals

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• CPA designation or equivalent certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management or accounting role including experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial controls and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
