Job Description
Glendalebased property group specializing in the hospitality industry is seeking a directhire CFO to manage all financial operations of the company. This position reports directly to the CEO and President of the organization and has a salary budget between $180000 $215000/year depending upon relevant experience. The CFO will have a strong background in managing financial operations and working directly with banks and investors.
What You’ll Do:
- Directly supervise the company’s Controller and hold responsibility for the cash flows P&L statements and balance sheets
- Manage the company’s finance department
- Lead the FP&A and financial reporting processes of the company
- Oversee the due diligence for potential acquisitions partnerships and commercial loans
- Provide assistance with the capital raising and project financing efforts of the organization
- Oversee and manage the monthly preparation of financial reporting to the board and investors
- Manage the implementation and development of the financial information and internal control systems
Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- MBA or CPA highly preferred
- 10 years of experience in managing financial operations
- Experience in hospitality/real estate industry required
- Experience working with banks/financial institutions required
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
