Sales Support Associate Medical Device Hungary

Our partner a Germany based leading Medical Device Company is looking for a dedicated Sales Support Associate to support the Hungarian Affiliate’s sales team and ensure comprehensive customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete order processing cycle including customer and supplier orders order confirmations shipping logistics and invoicing.
• Handle supplier and sales contracts efficiently.
• Provide administrative support maintain reports and keep accurate records.
• Utilize business systems like NAVISION and SAP for daily operations.
• Maintain the NAVISION database by updating prices and managing customer/item records.

Main Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education (preferably in commerce or economics).
• At least 12 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. commercial assistant back office).
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
• Strong MS Office skills
• Precise highquality and efficient work habits.
• Confident verbal communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
• Customeroriented serviceminded personality.
• Excellent spelling and writing skills.
• Familiarity with the NAVISION business system AND/OR experience in logistics is a plus.
