Our partner a Germany based leading Medical Device Company is looking for a dedicated Sales Support Associate to support the Hungarian Affiliate’s sales team and ensure comprehensive customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete order processing cycle including customer and supplier orders order confirmations shipping logistics and invoicing.
- Handle supplier and sales contracts efficiently.
- Provide administrative support maintain reports and keep accurate records.
- Utilize business systems like NAVISION and SAP for daily operations.
- Maintain the NAVISION database by updating prices and managing customer/item records.
Main Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education (preferably in commerce or economics).
- At least 12 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. commercial assistant back office).
- Fluency in English and Hungarian.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Precise highquality and efficient work habits.
- Confident verbal communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Customeroriented serviceminded personality.
- Excellent spelling and writing skills.
- Familiarity with the NAVISION business system AND/OR experience in logistics is a plus.
