Job Description
Our client is a leading company in Southeast Europe in the field of integration of technical protection systems. Due to the growth and development of market potential in Hungary were looking for a Branch Manager to join their successful team in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of branch offices growth and development in accordance with longterm strategies
- Participation in process of making business plans
- Encouragement monitoring and responsibility for the realization of sales financial and marketing plans
- Maintaining and developing good relationships with existing and new clients
- Active participation in key sales meetings with important clients
- Identifying opportunities for the development of new sales channels
- Organization and control of work and business processes
- Mentoring and coaching the sales team
- Human resource management
- Management and optimization of collection of receivables
- Management and optimization of stock
- Taking care of companys image and nurturing a good reputation and nbsp;
- Analysis of the competition market trends and monitoring competitiveness of the company in the market
- Taking care of the financial stability of the branch offices and implementation and application of valid legal regulations
- Representation and presentation of the company and decisionmaking at the branch office level
- Cooperation with the headquarter company with regular reporting
Requirements:
- Ambitious and resultsoriented with a commitment to taking responsibility and improving company operations
- Proven experience in the security and safety market
- Strong communication skills and extensive experience in sales
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Highly organized and systematic with strong analytical thinking quick reasoning and decisionmaking skills
- Proactive and persistent with a cooperative and teamoriented approach
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a tactful approach
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes with a valid Category B drivers license
- A degree in electrical engineering or as an electrician is a plus
