Job Description
To be able to expand our network we are searching for experienced and highqualified experts for our talent pool in Hungary. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 12 months.
Currently we are looking for a Migration Manager with experience in international SAP programs and/or IT system rollouts with min. 10 years experience in this role and excellent skills in English and Hungarian (spoken and written).
Onsite presence in Budapest required.
Tasks
The specific tasks depend on the clients needs for each project request.
Requirements
- 10 years of work experience within largescale SAP/ERP/IT transformation programs
- 10 years of experience as a Migration Manager
- Previous experience managing largescale SAP migration projects including migrations to SAP S/4HANA or cloudbased SAP solutions
- Indepth knowledge of migrating complex landscapes
- Knowledge of SAP data structures and modules to better understand data requirements and transformation needs
- Previous experience managing largescale SAP migration projects including migrations to SAP S/4HANA or cloudbased SAP solutions
- Experience with data quality management and data governance best practices
- Strong understanding of data architecture data integration and ETL processes
- Strong change and problemsolving skills as well as decisionmaking and conflict resolution abilities combined with high initiative and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of the data migration process including strategy and planning
- Analytical thinking and an independent structured work style combined with a handson mentality and drive
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and successfully engage in multiple interdependent projects/initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. PMI PRINCE2 SCRUM SAP Activate SAFe)
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Fluent in English and Hungarian both spoken and written
