Tasks

• Recruitment for various departments within the company including top management marketing finance IT and sales.
• Sourcing talent for our international offices.
• Participation in the onboarding of new employees
• Organizing effective collaboration with recruitment agencies.
• Setting up and utilizing analytical tools to optimize the recruitment process.
• Implementing various HR projects such as training employee development and fostering corporate culture.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Russian and English.
• Proven experience in successfully filling key positions including executive commercial IT marketing and other roles.
• Knowledge of and skills in using analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
• Ability to utilize various channels for talent acquisition.
