The Strategic Ledger Program has been established under the wider companys Finance Transformation. The program strategy is to adopt and implement global standard Oracle SaaS/Cloud based accounting and ledger platform (the strategic ledger). This position is for a PMO role which cuts across all the functions of the Transformation Office e.g. Planning Status Reporting and RAID management.
Tasks
- Oversight and management of overall Project Plan
- Production and Quality assurance of Status Reporting
- Develop review and update existing guidelines for common processes as well as
maintenance of various tracking facilities e.g. Change Log risk Logs etc. - Ensure adherence to companys Policies and Procedures
- Demonstrate extensive understanding of project and program management principles methods and techniques.
- Ensure provisioning of necessary project tools (SharePoint JIRA SmartSheets etc.) by collaborating with internal IT teams who own respective tools
Requirements
- Bachelors/University degree
- 5 years of work experience in Financial Services ideally with experience in
Project/Program Management - Proactive thinker able to demonstrate initiative
- Strong attention to detail and skilled communicator
- Fluent English language skills
- PMP qualifications or equivalent advantageous
