On behalf of our client a top global IVD company we are searching for an HR Manager to join their Hungarian affiliate and EMEA HUB. Leading a team of HR employees this role will focus on overseeing all HRrelated matters ensuring departmental needs are met harmonizing collaboration and maintaining effective communication across their Budapest entities. Working closely with the Managing Director and the EMEA HR Director the HR Manager will have full responsibility over the employee life cycle and HR processes in Hungary.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and business partnerships with business executives to understand their needs and deliver tailored HR programs.
- Manage external and internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice consulting and coaching services to other managers.
- Deliver HR support and programs across all departments.
- Facilitate collaboration between functions to address local issues. and ensure consistency across business units.
- Manage the 360degree employee life cycle.
- Ensure that global HR processes policies and guidelines are effectively applied in the region.
- Manage a small team including hiring training development and performance management fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in the fields of HR.
- Proven experience in HR including leadership and business partner roles.
- Fluent English language knowledge both written and verbal is a must.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and practices.
- Advanced functional knowledge of HR processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS applications and analytics.
