Job Description

Job Title: Secretary

Department: Office

Location: Las vegas NV

Job Type: FullTime

Job Summary:

The Secretary provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Secretary is responsible for confidential and timesensitive material and familiar with a variety of the field's concepts practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing copying and organizing documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit reports presentations and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
