Job Description
Our client is a worldclass factory set up to manufacture distribute and export high quality sanitary wares ceramic and porcelain tiles processed using top grade raw materials and cuttingedge technology. Due to expansion they are in need of a PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE.
LOCATION: Sagamu Ogun state.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop project plans timelines and budgets and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies as needed to ensure project success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Find project as targeted; approach to contractor/developer/architect/design interior.
- Follow up progress in pipeline project.
- Monitor proposal bid and conversion rate from project specification in pipeline.
- Establish new customers and maintain the existing customers.
- Develop negotiate and close tender/contract term.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Design Interior Design Graphics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in the same field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Strong in sales and target oriented.
