Technical Business Analyst

We are currently seeking highly qualified individuals who reside within the United States to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing business processes gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications for development teams. You will also be involved in system testing troubleshooting and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful implementation of new technologies within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business objectives and requirements.

2. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

3. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for software development.

4. Assist in system testing troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in SQL data analysis tools and project management software.
