We are currently seeking an experienced and versatile International Move Coordinator. This individual will provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest level of communication among all parties involved in coordinating a move. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of local and international providers and processes and demonstrate the ability to resolve emerging issues with precision and efficiency.

- Ensure excellent service standards
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Develop destination service skills to support our expanding service offerings
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Full Relocation Process: Manage the entire relocation process for multinational clients balancing the company s requirements with the assignee s needs.
- Manage the Entire Supply Chain: Build costs prepare quotations and engage all stakeholders until service is fully delivered.
- Main Operational Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for expatriates and their families throughout the relocation process.
- Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure all relocations are conducted legally and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Database Management: Maintain the database ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Promoting Services: Actively promote and crosssell the company s services to clients.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with any other tasks as required.
- Customer Engagement: Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous global mobility or relocation experience is essential.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and English mandatory; Mandarin & French is a plus.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer Support Experience: Proven experience in customer support.
- Phone Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
