Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Track project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate project team meetings including preparing agendas and minutes.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in resource allocation and management.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans reports and budgets.
• Support project managers and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field.
• Experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello).
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
