We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to support our clients in Saskatchewan.

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Saskatchewan
Job Type: FullTime/PartTime/Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Coordinator to assist with various human resources tasks including recruitment onboarding employee relations and administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions handling sensitive information with confidentiality and supporting both management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings candidate screenings and interview scheduling
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires including preparation of employment contracts and orientation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Provide support to employees regarding HRrelated inquiries policies and benefits
  • Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs
  • Process employee changes such as promotions transfers and terminations
  • Support performance management processes by helping to schedule reviews and track progress
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed
  • Support HRrelated projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary education in human resources business administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination preferred
  • Knowledge of HR policies procedures and employment laws
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
