Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator LATAM
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Position Overview:

We are looking for a fulltime Maintenance Coordinator to work closely with our Maintenance Tech Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills proficiency in English and the ability to manage a high volume of work orders efficiently. This role involves prioritizing and scheduling maintenance tasks coordinating with tenants and external vendors and handling various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Order Management: Sort incoming work orders by priority and follow up on current and old work orders.
  • Tenant Communication: Contact tenants for additional information and schedule appointments.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Remind the maintenance supervisor of highpriority work orders and reassign tasks to external vendors as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Obtain bids for special projects such as roof replacement and parking lot paving.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize work orders by priority and batch them by property. Answer incoming calls from tenants regarding their work orders.

Qualifications:

  • Near mastery of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage fastpaced dialogue.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle complex issues with patience and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Teams Excel and Word.

NicetoHaves:

  • Understanding of maintenance issues.
  • Basic knowledge of technical terms such as HVAC plumbing etc.

  • Reliable stable and highspeed home internet access.
  • A private and distractionfree workspace.
  • Consciousness of data security and respect for clients confidential information.
