You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a smart and energetic HR Associate to be a part of our Human Resources department. You will be primarily responsible for actively assisting in the entire recruitment process. Besides you should also be able to assist existing employees with any of their queries.
As an HR Associate you should be able to contact and communicate with potential candidates on phone or email. Moreover you should also be able to crosscheck candidate details and gather all important documents. Furthermore you should ensure abiding to the legal guidelines at all times.
To be able to perform in this job role you should have a complete knowledge of best human resources practices and familiarity with various ATS. In addition to this you should be empathetic and demonstrate good decisionmaking skills. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be an added advantage.

Contacting and communicating with potential candidates
Reviewing candidate resumes and other important details
Communicating with candidate references to verify candidate details
Creating maintaining and updating potential candidates and employee records
Drafting and sending employee contracts
Guiding the candidates in completing all the necessary recruiting formalities
Collecting and maintaining all candidate and employee documents
Ensuring that the candidates are informed about the employee benefits and any other details
Addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information
Conducting training and recreational programs for the employees
Abiding to the legal requirements at all times
Coordinating daytoday activities with the HR Manager

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Management or a related field
35 years of work experience as an HR Associate HR Coordinator HR Consultant or a similar role in the Human Resources department
Complete understanding of the human resources best practices and legal guidelines
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Zoho
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Having an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Highly motivated and reliable individual
