About the Role:


As a Senior Manager HR you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR functions and strategies to align with business objectives. This role requires extensive experience in HR management employee engagement and compliance.


Functional Parameters:

1. Strategic HR Leadership
Target: Lead the HR department in developing and executing strategies that align with organizational goals.

2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Target: Oversee the endtoend recruitment process ensuring timely and costeffective hiring of qualified candidates.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Target: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing grievances and maintaining strong employee relations.

4. Learning & Development
Target: Implement robust L&D programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.

5. Compensation & Benefits Management
Target: Design and oversee competitive compensation structures and employee benefits packages.

6. Compliance and Legal
Target: Ensure adherence to labor laws company policies and government regulations.

7. Performance Management
Target: Lead performance appraisals and feedback processes to align employee output with business objectives.

8. Stakeholder Collaboration
Target: Collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with business requirements.

9. HR Policy Development
Target: Review and refine HR policies in line with industry standards and best practices.

10. Change Management
Target: Manage organizational change and transformation initiatives effectively.


Fundamental Parameters:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR; MBA in HR preferred.
  • 15 years of HR experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment talent management and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and conflictresolution skills.
  • Age: 40

1. Manage tasks including Inter Unit Reconciliation manage day-to-day accounting operations, Payables, Capitalization, Insurance, and Contract Accounting. 2. Oversee the duties of the accounting team. 3. Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets. 4. Oversee the complete financial process, ensuring accuracy and compliance at each step. 5. Demonstrate proficiency in GST, TDS, and other accounts-related compliances, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
