Job Description
Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant Permanent / Full Time
No of requirement: 1
Required:
- Preference will be those candidates who can join in 30 days
- Work location Full time remote can operate from anywhere in India
- Work/Shift Hrs. 2Pm to 11Pm (IST) or 3Pm to 12Am (IST) Depending on which project they are deployed
- Good verbal and written communication are must
Job Description:
Key Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with focus on presentation
skills. - A minimum of 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations on Fusion HCM Cloud.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience on Fusion HCM Cloud.
Indepth and hands on expertise in 12 areas/modules as listed below
- ORC (Primary)
- Talent Management (Primary)
- Core HR (Could be Primary or Secondary)
- OLM (Good to have but not mandatory)
