Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Associate CASA Credit Cards and Insurance

Location: SecundarabadTelangana
Department: Banking
Salary: upto 4 LPA

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service related to our CASA products credit cards and insurance offerings. You will act as the first point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and promoting our financial products to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat regarding CASA accounts credit cards and insurance products.
  • Provide accurate information about product features benefits and terms ensuring customers understand their options.
  • Assist customers with account management including balance inquiries transaction issues credit card applications and insurance claims.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions to meet those needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge policies and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in finance business or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of CASA products credit cards and insurance principles.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
