Wellorganized selfstarter with great attention to join the team as the Planning Manager.
Daytoday responsibilities include drawing up work scheduling coordinating with cross functional team meet customers request dates constant communication with Customer Sales CRM Engineering Production. Should be able to analyze data write reports and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
To be successful as a Planning Manager he should demonstrate a sound knowledge of the relevant Engineering discipline and be able to anticipate problems. Outstanding planning engineer who should pay great attention to detail and be able to handle stress well.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required master’s degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in industrial management required.
• Aware of all related manufacturing processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Responsible for complete value chain starting from Order Booking till Delivery of Goods to customers.
• Responsible for optimization of the resources based on customer demand and the utilization inventory & machines.
• Oversees manufacturing of products ensuring production performance and quality standards are consistently met.
• Promoting and developing the company's brand. Finding new business opportunities. Building a good relationship with clients suppliers and stakeholders.
• Creating business plans and strategies to improve the overall business sales in line with vision and mission of the Organization.
• Responsible for timely delivery of customer orders. Ensure Effective planning which will optimize the resources. • Ensures a healthy and safe working environment and compliance with statutory requirements and regulations through collaboration with environmental health and safety staff.
• Works closely with Planning Head for longrange operating goals expansion efforts and implementation of new and advanced technology.
• Identifies and ensure required training for staff to build and improve skills.
• Organizes departmental management structure and teams for optimal efficient operations.
• Works with finance to develop operating budget.
• Identify Implement and monitor performance score cards at all key positions of Organization. Ensure continual improvement in it.
• Ensure implementation of applicable Quality management system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
