Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding client needs offering tailored financial solutions and acting as a primary point of contact between the bank and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

   • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key clients.
   • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
   • Understand client needs and provide personalized financial solutions.

2. Sales and Business Development:

   • Achieve individual and team sales targets for deposits loans and other financial products.
   • Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling bank products and services.
   • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

3. Customer Service:

   • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
   • Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly.
   • Regularly update clients on new products and services.

4. Financial Advisory:

   • Provide clients with financial advice and guidance on banking products.
   • Assist clients in making informed decisions about their financial needs.
   • Conduct financial planning and portfolio reviews with clients.
