Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer specializing in Mobile Applications with a focus on PhoneGap to join our team. This advanced role involves evaluating technical candidates for various seniorlevel PhoneGap development positions ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency problemsolving abilities and cultural fit. The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in PhoneGap development methodologies tools and practices along with a strong ability to mentor and guide the technical assessment process.

Responsibilities:

Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for seniorlevel PhoneGap development positions ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.

Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest PhoneGap development trends tools and best practices.

Collaborate closely with the HR and development teams to understand complex role requirements desired skills and team dynamics tailoring assessments accordingly.

Provide detailed actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team playing a key role in informing hiring decisions.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in PhoneGap technologies tools and practices ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant.

Facilitate indepth technical workshops or discussions to evaluate candidates handson skills in a collaborative environment.

Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers providing guidance on best practices and interview techniques.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

7 years of experience in mobile development roles with at least 5 years specializing in PhoneGap development.

Deep understanding of PhoneGap HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and the mobile app development lifecycle.

Experience with integrating PhoneGap applications with backend services and APIs.

Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles and guidelines for multiple platforms (iOS Android).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical skills and problemsolving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor others.

Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews.

Uptodate knowledge of the latest PhoneGap development trends and best practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certifications in PhoneGap or related mobile development technologies.

Significant experience in a technical hiring or technical assessment role.

Leadership or managerial experience in a mobile development team with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding team members.

Experience contributing to opensource PhoneGap projects or communities.

Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks such as Mocha Jasmine and Appium.

Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS/Android) to understand and bridge gaps between PhoneGap and native code.
