Job Summary:
- As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing screening and placing top technical talent for our clients.
- You will play a crucial role in the recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate sourcing to final placement while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment collaborating with a talented team to meet hiring targets and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract highquality candidates including job portals social media referrals networking and other channels.
- Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates skills qualifications and cultural fit for client requirements.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including coordinating interviews negotiating offers and facilitating smooth onboarding for successful candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs develop recruitment strategies and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress.
- Effectively communicate with hiring managers stakeholders and team members to prioritize tasks manage expectations and drive successful outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends market insights and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing techniques and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors / Master degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical recruitment with a minimum of 1 year handson experience in endtoend recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and requirements for roles in software development IT engineering or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with candidates clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering highquality talent solutions.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms including job portals applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing technologies.
- Customerfocused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building longterm partnerships with clients and candidates.
