Job Responsibilities
Program Administration (Student & Faculty Development Program)
- Oversee the administration of Student & Faculty Development Program across all units. E.g Cambridge Assessment CDAC Training Skill Sonics and Learnet Programs.
- Ensure compliance with the guidelines and standards set by each program.
- Coordinate with faculty and trainers to schedule classes examinations and training sessions.
- Work closely with faculty to integrate employability skills into the curriculum.
- Ensure that training programs are aligned with academic schedules and objectives.
- Monitor the progress of students and provide necessary academic support.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and program activities.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Vice Chairperson
Industry Collaboration
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential recruiters and industry partners.
- Organize campus recruitment drives job fairs and industry interaction sessions.
Placement Support
Work with placement coordinators with Engineering & Arts & Science College and manage the placement process
Maintain detailed records of placement statistics employer feedback and student performance.
Prepare regular reports on placement activities and outcomes for review by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Education Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in faculty /student development training or a related area.
- Strong understanding of higher education environments and faculty needs.
- Hands on experience in placement support activities
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
